Multi attacks VS foresight

When I use a multi attack ability (For example GK's lead the charge) on a character that has foresight, all the attacks are evaded... I suppose this isn't WAI, and if it is I don't think this is what should happen

This only happens under a ZQGJ lead team

I've had this same issue with Phoenix characters all countering an AOE. All of the initial counter attacks are evaded, only Ezra's second attack isn't (if it happens).
