To whoever (hopefully) reads this,
So I called in about the fact that you released territory battles requiring a 7* Han, which led me to me spend VAULTS of crystals trying to get him prepped by the time the TB started. Then, you swap back to 5*, meaning I could have saved tens of thousands (roughly 35-40k) of crystals by just getting him to 4* and change then farming the rest of the crystals. Instead of helping me, they tell me they’ll send me a link to the developers, who can resolve my issue. A few hours later, I get a generic link to the forums. Where can I go for help?
