BUG: Still no ROLO shards from 1st TB

Good day

I have completed TB for the first time with my guild from BHG alliance (rogue) and never received Rolo shards. My guildmates got a mail with the shards, I somehow didnt. Can you please investigate? My charname is Malathana, Ally code 388-443-575. long time customer who spent +2k money, expecting a fast fix

@stepgib You joined your current guild on 9/01/2017 which made you ineligible to participate in the Territory Battles event which went live on 8/31/2017.

@EA_MindTricks look further back. I took part in phase 1 of territory battles, left my guild to join another guild and discuss possible guild merging, rejoined my original guild in time for phase 2 to begin but was locked out.

My name was on leaderboard and I contributed to the territory battle in my guild.

If you leave or get kicked out of a guild before the Territory Battle is over, then you will not qualify for the rewards.
