Potential AOE bug?

Ever since the update I've noticed that occasionally an aoe attack will only hit 4/5 or 5/6 party members, with the last member not dodging or anything but it looks like they are not even being hit.
Anyone else experience this?
Want to post in the bugs forum but I want to make sure that I'm not just imagining things.

It's very difficult to tell without a combat log. It could be a graphical error when someone dodges but then again it could be a bug. Might try posting in the bugs section.

I have seen this several times as well. It seems like whoever you are targeting with the aoe doesn't get touched by it. No dodge or anything. Looks like another bug to add to the list.
