Thrawn Lead w/o Zeta Viable for Now?

I have Thrawn up with his unique zetaed but do not have his leadership. I'm building a team (Thrawn L, DT, ShT, GK, DN) and want to know if it's fine without it for now? Also, will DT and GAT being at G10 handicap me severely?

thrawn does fine without his leader ability zetad and thrawn is fine at 10 not sure about DT though.

Even if you do fine in attack, you'll be targeted on defense because of your gears. Otherwise, with a good ShT, DT and GAT gr 10 are enough.
