Cholo in shard shop

Has anybody seen Cholo in shard shop? Not sure if he rotates in.

There is no announcement that he will be in the shard shop. Usually there is announcement

I mean normal shard shop rotation not one of the premium spots where you can purchase 5, 10, or 30 shards. Just the normal spots where you can pick up 2 shards at a time. I doubt he's gonna get one of the premium slots as he's farmable.

Why is this in feedback? I want to see if he rotates into a normal shard shop slot. That's all.

I have yet to see any of the new characters released in the last 6+ months appear in random shard shop slots.
