Units required for platoons should be known at TB start not phase start.

I prepare and coordinate TB for my guild and it takes far too much time. I even had to care for TB while I was at work. The game itself provides nothing to help coordinate TB. It would help a lot if we could see the platoons in advance and plan the whole TB in one session.
