Noticed a few times that palp basic takes enemy health to around zero with out killing. I know that he does extra dam on jedi and shocked enemies that cant kill Them. But it happens when it should be a kill shot...
You are seeing both his basic and unique happen. 1st Attack does damage (nearly killing but not quite) then 2nd unique doing enough damage to kill but unique can’t kill so at 0 health.

Maybe the basic was dodged but crackling doom landed it happens.
