Gear before leveling up?

Leveling a character multiplies their stats, so is it beneficial to have all possible gear equipped before leveling a character? Does that effect their eventual strength, or do we all end up with the same, 7 Star 70 characters by the time they're finished?

I would gear up first,then level up. First off gw gets harder as you level up. Second it costs Way more of to level up. You have no toon info so I can't speak to specifics,but my advice is generally true.

we all end up the same. I already tested this by myself.
same thing with stars too.

All stats are retroactively applied, it doesn't matter in what order you level, star or gear up a character.

gear and stars help more then levels IMO
