Foresight ignored after Han uses shoots first

I noticed when facing zeta QGJ after Han shoots first not only does he ignore foresight without dispelling it, but everyone attacking that character ignores foresight as well. Is this WAI due to the stun?

Yeah, it's WAI. Hans basic is unavoidable and then afterwards stunned characters can't dodge.
