looking for any suggestions to improve my score for heroic rancor. last raid i did 1.4 mil with what i thought was a good team doing about 800k (Zader TFP Rex Zid Bistan) for the raid the slowest member was at 170 speed

Leave Zader and TFP. They are required.
Jyn is MVP.
Thrawn's fracture is great to prevent Rancor from gaining bonus TM each hit it receives.
Tarkin is great as well.

With that team, you could hit 10,3 million :—)

(Depending on your speed from mods ofc., but I see, you have plenty of good mods)
