Rancor rankings rng bug?

So in my guild we're having an issue with solo rancor rank rng, some members are consistently top 20% of solo run ranks & others the opposite & consistently bottom 20%... We've done at least 40 raids, enough to notice and start tracking results. Could this be a bug? Are others seeing similar ranking trends? Its becoming an issue solely because of guild currency and I'd like a response please, or at least have it looked into... NONE of us want to go back to taking turns with solo runs but this is starting to affect progress for some... There is also a third group that seems more like true rng & the 3 group seem to be equal % , 33% rank low, 33% rank high, and 33% have variation... Can I get an answer to this question please? Is this a known issue or is it possible that only some people are effected? We really need this issue resolved asap...
