Post composition suggestion - do not assume title will be kept

When composing a posting, please do not assume that it will remain with the same title you composed it under. Assume your post may get combined into some thread, under a different title. This makes them difficult to understand if they refer to something that was in the original title. So please try reading your post without the title, and be sure it makes sense that way.
It would be nice if some advice like this could get stickied, especially in the general forum. Thanks.

Wow - that was fast, shunt the idea to where it is not relevant, and will do no good at all. This was totally on topic for how to improve the forum. This posting was a suggesiton/request for posts in the general forum.

So I guess the other thing is, if the content of the post refers in any way to the forum it is in, make that explicit also.
