False Event Notification

I may have missed it, but I was notified that a credit heist event had started. Logged on and it wasn't there...am I missing something or was it a 1hr thing?

Alert comes prematurely. There will be one at the usual time today/tonight.

I got the same notification and no event popped up. I've restarted the client multiple times

It's delayed for one hour to some people (like always), because of reasons. (Summer/ winter time or whatever)
