Where can I farm the stuff for Pilotskill Level 7?

Not available yet.
There was once a chance to get 8 of those, but nobody got 10 , so right now nothing to worry about.

So far the only way to get those is to buy certain ship packs. It would be cool if it was more accessible, but that hasn't happened yet. Of course, while some of the level 7 pilot skills are good and some are not that great, it's hardly game-changing unless somebody manages to max out all the pilot skills for their entire fleet.
