Guild members glitched kicked

So Ive seen others say this has happened to them before on the forums but It doesnt seem to be a known global issue so im posting this to get more traction.
We have had 2 guild members randomly leave the guild when they never actually tried to leave the guild. The first was a month or two ago and after the second invite it never occured with him again.
Now I invited a person who was getting kicked from guilds left and right and after being in the guild for like an hour it says he left but he never tried to leave. unfortunately this was minutes before TB started.
