Purchased two $10 Google Play Gift Cards and DID NOT Recieve promotional items

as title says i purchased 2 $10 giftcards feom my local gamestop after learning of the special Google Play Promotion, i bought and Redeemed both cards but DID NOT recieve the bonus crystals or Rey shards. or recieve any indication of it. would love some help on this.
