Will Phase 6 Capital Ship Requirement change to 7* ?

Now that we can get a 7* capital ship, do we know whether the requirement for capital ships will be raised to meet this. If not this TB, perhaps next TB? Maybe sometime in the future?
The reason that this is critical is that if player do not refresh the challenges, or buy any pack, there is the potential to be locked out of phase 6 ship combat missions for a few months.
