p/s gear advice for thrawn 7* battle

I Will have all p/s squad at 7* by tomorrow(no chopper). They are all g8, but I know I can g9 at least one of them up before the event ends.. Any advice who will be the most useful to take to g9?

I have not won the event, but people have been saying to beef up Ezra.

Ezra, but it will be harder without Chopper

Got him 7 star with a Sabine team all g8 ezra g9. took rng mod experimenting and luck. spend all night and finally won. Couldn't believe it
