Question to R2's Number Crunch

I have R2 with 30410 Protection and CLS with 50831 Protection
If I zeta number crunch what will happen to CLS' Protection?
Is it "R2 gets +10% because he ist a rebel" => R2:33451
And then CLS gets "10% of R2-D2's Max Protection" => CLS: 50831 + 10%R2 (3345) = 54176
Is that the right way to caluculate the new protection?
