Arranging HAAT times for international guilds

We have recently got our HAAT completion time down to 5 hours. We have members stretching from European Central to Pacific West Coast times and are having trouble accommodating everyone. We started with a 12 hour zero damage with attack starting at 7:30am est but Pacific guys not happy.

If there are any international guilds out there that have solutions to accommodate everyone is appreciate some advice.

Rotate your times. We do our raids at 11 am, 4 pm, 9 pm eastern time. Generally speaking, there are at least 2 times that work for every time zone.

Is that your attack times or the start of 12 or 24 hour zero damage times?

For Rancor my guild does a 24hr Theme poke (2 toons) then a FFA. We rotate the start times at 4am, 10am, 4pm, 10pm est. This ensures that no matter where you are located you have an oppurunity to attack in 50-75% of the Rancor raids launched.

For Tank we follow the same start times but we split it up in phases. So, Phase 1 starts at 4am est then is dead in 15-20 min. Phase 2 does not open till 10am est and so on for the rest of the phases.

This has worked pretty well for us and we have been using it for about 6-8 months

For Rancor, it's the start of a 24 hour zero damage and then the ffa time. For tank, we do p1/p2 ffa at launch, then pause until that time the next day (to allow registration for anyone who missed) to ffa p3/p4. So it's both the attack and zero damage times.
