Couldn't agree more. The current way is not beneficial to CG and plain mean to the player base.

Good idea. Please does not refresh it at 00:00 but at 23:00 or 22:00 for keep peace sleeping.

I disagree i prefer every 1 hour or half and extra slot for higher level.

I agree refresh time is based on server time just like in MFF, kudos to OP

This please. I don't understand why it's based on when you log on, as now I get really funky refresh times.

Agreed. The times should be 3AM-9AM, 9AM-3PM, 3PM-9PM & 9PM-3AM. This way no 6-hour period is too remote and is instead very accessible to most people.
