I must be missing something. It doesn't seem to do anything. Ok, match starts and I stun someone then it really starts. Unfortunately every time the stun goes away and whoever I stunned has almost a full tm. It doesn't do anything. I face mostly maul sith and cls rebels with thrawn. I've tried stunning cls, r2, thrawn, han, maul, nihilus etc... Same thing every time, stun goes away and full tm. What am I missing?

Are you sure it's not just Savage Opress or Thrawn dispelling the stun?

You probably aren't looking at the turn order before you start. You have to pay attention to who could go and potentially remove the stun before the character you stunned. Some people have set up their teams to have Chirrut be the fastest, for example, so that if you stun anybody else Chirrut will cleanse it before it gets to that character's turn.
