TMs fill all in live now (no more round).
It means the faster toon plays first, even if he has only 1 more in speed. Then second fastest etc. If 2 toons have the same speed, RNGsus decides.
I guess I missed that post last year. I would of gone with race cars going around a circular track, moving at different set speeds and increasing or decreasing speed based on TM increases or removals but thats just me. Still fun seeing what other peoples minds can come up with.
i can't confirm whether it is confirmed or tested. I do believe it's correct.
It's difficult to keep track of speed once all the turn manipulation starts taking place, that really screws up turn order because it's random.

TM doesn't increase/decrease speed though, it moves the car on the track while the car itself drives at a constant pace.
i like the race car anology though, maybe even better than my buckets of water analogy =D

Yea I was thinking like the car speeds up to get to the finish line quicker then goes back to regular speed. But whatever I just figured since we are using the term speed, that a car would be the easiest to relate to.

consider my previous post unwritten. I agree.
