Transfer accounts....

So a friend of mine is trying to transfer his account over from one phone to another. However during the set up of his first phone he never logged into a google account and it remained a guest account. Now he has a new phone, and it wont let him transfer his account over because it says it's a guest account. He has since set up the correct emails, sent PM's to CG_Kozispoon, and CG_notreallyajedi with no response..... This has created a hardship for the guild because he can't be promoted to officer and he is stuck playing on an old phone because he can't transfer his account over to his new one. I'm gonna leave this message here.... Because I know the devs have seen it in there PM boxes and have refused to answer. As one of the officers in his guild, I have taken it upon myself to help my fellow guildie. I'd really like an answer back on this....
