Add favorite flag to mods

In the absence of having a mod manager, could we at least get the same feature that's available and characters under mods to be able to mark them as favorite. This way when focusing on mods to level up or moving mods around characters they can be flagged as a favorite and instead of filtering on speed potency Etc, you be able just to select favorite under the mod filter. It would just be an additional field to have in the mods and should be able to Port over most of the code from the characters and just add an additional drop down field for filtering in mods for favorites. This would be a feature that should be fairly simple to introduce and help players in the short term in the absence of something better

Why stop there? revamp the whole mods interface. There's soo much room for improvement.
in the meanwhile, i lock mods to quickly locate them. It's not perfect, but it kinda works.
