MOLS, Need help with minor accounts

Mol Eliza are these kids accounts? We have 2 in our Guild.(I know 1 is a Minor) they cant comment also have Mol Ravenhawk & Mol Chakka, I know kids cant see chat, just causing trouble with guild events, not being able to tell them rules. upsetting guild members. not sure what to do? they are all 1 million +GP so ok players, been told by one of the dads he cant change his name from Mols Eliza. is this correct

That's the default player and bot name. As for what to do, that's up to you!

correct minors cant change it. but some people may also know that they cannot change it. they also can't see in game chat.

or at least they can't respond, not 100% sure if they can see it or not.
