Don’t know who’s easier but the smartest move regardless of difficulty would be Thrawn since Vader is pretty much hot garbage.

Check swgoh.gg for gear requirements. That way you can see which would be tougher. I think Thrawn is more useful overall.

Vader is easier to get to g12 but he is less useful right now thrawn is a little harder but will give you more bang for the buck.
