Zeta for Palpatine and a couple changes to his original abilities

Want to hear your guys thoughts on these two zetas


Emperor of the Galactic Empire(with zeta): Empire and Sith allies gain 32% potency and max health. Empire and Sith allies gain 15% turn meter for every debuff applied in their turn, and recover 10% of their max health. Debuffs inflicted during an Empire or Sith ally's turn will last for 1 more turn than their starting time.

Crackling Doom(with zeta): Palpatine deals special damage to all shocked enemies, then gains 12% turn meter for each enemy damaged by this ability. Also, once shock expires, it will be automatically inflicted on enemies that already had it. Shock cannot be cleansed and will only expire if Palpatine is defeated.

    Interesting. Kinda going Talzin style a little. Who, in all reality is Palpatine 2.0.

    With 6 star palp and 4/5 abilies maxed this would be great
