We are the Grinders and looking to Recruit!

We have 40/50 members, 35 active daily, with 47M GP but are growing and we have increased the expectations of our members. We are looking for new players to help make us grow and get over the haat hurdle. We are a fun group and understanding of a life-game balance. F2P/P2P(dolphins)

We are currently run Heroic Rancor and NAAT twice a week. We are an international guild but are mainly in North America, with guild reset at 7:30pm EST (11:30pm UTC).

What we are really looking for:
400+ Average daily raid ticket contribution
1M GP minimum
Haat ready squad(s). (phase 3 preferred)
5 Gear XI, or 20 Gear X characters.
TB chars (HRS, CHS, Pheonix, Rogue 1)
Discord is recommended.

Raid Rules:
Heroic Rancor
We rotate the starts from 9:00pm to 9:00am EST with a 24 hour no damage registration period.
We have a master target that is set by master that guarantees you full guild gear donations until start of next raid.

Normal AAT
We have a 1 hit per phase rule atm, but we are not going to be doing NAAT much longer. Just need more members

TB:
we get 21* at the moment and close to earning 2 more
We got 8 ROLO shards. (but gain ~2 more each attempt)
