38+ Star, 46 Rolo shard UK based guild looking for 1 member

We had 2 members retire after this last TB, from what I've seen it's happening everywhere but hopefully I can find some like minded players to join us. We have replaced 1 so only need 1 more.
We will be hitting 40 stars next TB with full participation and currently get 46 ROLO shards per TB as well as 38 stars. With the right recruits it will be 40.
We are the Malevolent Marauders a UK based guild and Raid at 7:30pm (both raids heroic obviously). We afe one of the lead guilds of the MLCN alliance, over 50 guilds flying our flag. We use discord to communicate and have an extensive network available. We also have some guilds that use line too.
So what are we looking for. An ideal member would be active, chatty, have a GP of 1.8 million+, CHS, CLS, both hoth bros at 5 star +. Any questions don't hesitate to send me a message
