Coming up on one year played, loving the game.
Not a complaint, just a question?
I have spent about $4,000.00 on the game and in my one year I have never received a maximum drop in any item I have opened.
When can I expect 1 lucky drop please?
I hope my $4,000.00 custom permits me to know this? Or at the very least ask.

That's not how RNG works. Spend 10k and maybe you'll get five more shards once.

What do you mean by maximum drop?
Technically you can sim 1 node, loot 1 shard and have a maximum shard drop rate.
If your talking about marquee characters; than yes you are correct and the chances of YOU receiving a full maximum character drop is very small and you probably never will. Your just 1 person with a very small table of data.

If you are spending on this game, I advise to purchase only crystals and packs with guaranteed drops. Something that does not include RNG. Those RNG packs were specifically designed to have low drop rate, like a casino. And as you may know, you never win in a casino

I mean, 330 shards in any Bundle/Pack for characters, 10M in credit heist, 210k in Credit Data Card, 1.68M in Credit Data Card x8 bundle, 135k in Ship Building Material Data Card, 1.08M in Ship Building Material Data Card x8 bundle, '1x God Mod' in a New Mod Set Pack.
Any of those, looking for 1 maximum, just worried disillusioned my $4,000.00 spend has so far not got me one 'lucky/RNG' win yet.

Nws, I am fortunate enough financially that figure is not significant enough to dent my purse, however I always like to see value in the things I buy. And I really want to carry on being a very very good customer............and not a f2p one.

Only time when someone will get 330 shards is when jedi knight guardian pack is released, so make sure you're ready to buy that when it shows up.
