So. The level cap is level 70, as far as I know. Unless it's suddenly changed. So why do I have gear that has to have the character at level 74??

The cap used to be 60, now it's 70 eventually it will be 80 and one day 90

Would you prefer if the slot was empty so you could ask if your game is bugged because you have empty gear slots?
