QGJ lead/Luminara speed

Luminara max gear has 118 speed.
QGJ with a level 6 leader should be adding 23 speed to all Jedi.
Luminara speed in this scenario should be 141.
There is either a visual glitch for Luminara's speed or Qui Gon Jinn's addition to Jedi speed, or a problem with the actual values in practice.
Luminara with the QGJ lead in arena goes before my max gear Poe (142 speed).
Luminara exhibits the value of at least 143 speed when QGJ is lead.
Edited to remove Geo soldier who is only at 140 speed at g8
