Best to farm them from Chromium or Shipments? What is their drop rate like in Chromium? I know Nihilus had a high rate for a long period of time.

Ive pulled a few chromims and no dice on either. I've gotten goid pulls on wicket though.

Reliability is almost always better imo. Depends if you like to gamble.

If you want to burn crystals gambling, the big scoundrel pack that is avaliable on heist days is definitely a better chance than Chromiums, but probably not as good a deal as shipments.
