Double rewards bug

I just logged on for arena rewards, and I had 2 letters in my box for the rank rewards. this is definitely not a cheat, but a bug. Idk what caused it. hopefully you don't take my rewards away for saying this lol, but it should be looked into for it puts a strong advantage (and if you #1 that's 2000 crystals!!!) I was sub 50 so I got 300 crystal and 1500 points

Happened to me last night. Tried to replicate it by sniping the same position but it didn't work lol

This happened to me the other day. Very lucky, I love this glitch personally but I dont mind playing fair.

I want it also eventhough i do not have any interest hero atm after maxed my sidious a while ago...but the gems looks good...any tips and tricks??

Are you asking this guy for tips/tricks to replicate a bug/glitch to exploit it? smh...
