Missing heists

So I know this belongs in the issues and bugs section but I can't post it in there so if someone can move it, please do.
So my guildees and I are all receiving notifications that the credit heist is going on, yet none of us are even seeing it in the events section. I've tried restarting and still nothing. I put in a ticket at ea but we all know how that goes lol. Anybody else having this same problem? And have you gotten it corrected? Please let me know how we can get this resolved. My ally code is 198199934 in case it's needed. Thanks
