The move from iOS to android

Have been attempting this today and have to say my experience has been horrendous. Going through the contact EA page, no one seemed to have a clue what they were doing. Then when finally got to speaking to someone that the slightest idea I got the feeling I was being lied to. I was told that 'there is no way for us transfer the account but since you are a special customer to us we will do it as a one time thing'. Given that this has been discussed many times in the forums and @CG_Kozispoon even put a message out saying it was possible was a bit annoyed. After a technical issue with trying to give the documents required to get it transferred am now sat waiting for a chat to become available.

Sorry to tag you in this Kozi as im not sure if this is really your bag at all.
