Update doesnt charge

Hello there, tyhis is awkward. I have downloaded the last update, but once i installed it, it would not start. The game stays in the main screen, the one where all characters appear and stays there with no changes for over 10 minutes. The game doesnt crash, just stays at that screen. Is anyone else having this problem? And yes, alreahdy tried uninsltalling and reinstalling the game
