rogue one

how come rogue one team members don't have rogue one titles?

Well, because Rogue One isn't a faction. A better question would be why don't Vet Han and Chewie have Resistance tags.

Because Chewie would destroy raids alongside BB8 under Finn

I agree they should have tags because they ARE a faction. Otherwise they wouldn't have a combat mission to themselves in TB.

So, according to you, resistance members being tagged as resistance and rebels being tagged as rebels is a problem?

Definition of faction is a small, organized, dissenting group within a larger group, especially in politics. Can be argued that rogue one is the very definition of faction, moreso than the others.

Irregardless, doesn’t have to be factions. It’s a filter for characters that’s already set up by the devs in TB when we are required to have the rogue one toons. Crew member or healer are not a faction. Just asking to move the rogue one filter over to character screen.

Except that Rogue one toons are tagged as Rebels. Just not as R1. And The vets are not tagged as Resistance and I agree they should be.

Because rogue one was a title for the film not the name of the faction. If we did that all the characters from force awakens would have a force awakens lable including the first order.

    Or this
    Rogue One: rebels
    Rogue One: empire

    And same with tfa

No, it was the name of the group on Scariff. Before they took off in the stolen shuttle, they were asked their call sign. Jyn told Bodhi to say something and he said, “rogue....rogue one.” Even Admiral Raddus called them rogue one when he received the Death Star plans.

Don’t think the new Empire characters that were introduced in the Rogue One movie need “rogue one” filter. There’s only 3 and they were a part of the empire that just happened to be attacked by the Rogue One Rebels.

Agree, rogue rebels should have tag

+1 for spelling 'rogue one' right

It seems like if imperial troopers ha e a unique tag, other than "Empire," then it shouldn't be much of a stretch to think that the rogue one group could have its own tag.

Not that it makes much difference to me, but it's a fair question.

Bistan didn't go with them, yet is considered R1. He came with Raddus as air support reinforcements. If he's R1, do should Leia. She was there for the battle as well.

But Bistan fought on Scariff. Leia did not. Rogue one was on Scariff. Bistan and the rest of blue squadron linked up with Rogue One.

Basically, you could get super technical about everything like trying to include Leia with Rogue One because she was near Scariff but not on Scariff. Vader could be a Rebel because he helped Luke overthrow the Emperor. Lando could be dark side because he betrayed Han. All the Ewoks could be Rebels and so on. See where I’m going? I don’t think anyone mistakes Leia for Rogue One. The whole point is having a separate filter, of which is already in place for TB, of rebel toons specifically associated with Rogue One. There are 9 of them, 8 if you want to be super technical and remove Bistan because he wasn’t on the shuttle to Scariff.
