Drop Range Missale and Unrealistic promise

5 (10)-330 range of points with no indication of % chance to hit higher end drop has got to be a total mis-sell to most. Is there a monthly publication somewhere for the drop rates amongst these forums by EA. What exactly in cost generated drop rate achieved?

Personally, I've dropped some payment down for crystals, paid over a thousand crystals for a character type & I got 12 shards back.! Really! Why don't ya kick me in the nuts too whilst at it!

From this day forward I will NEVER spend anymore real cash on this game.

Congratulations on getting more than twice the minimum guaranteed, which was five shards. I’ve never received more than five shards from those packs, so you are doing better than me.

If you won’t be satisfied with the bare minimum of five, don’t pull the trigger.

There are many posts on the forum that can shed some light on what the potential drops are for those packs and many explaining what it would cost on average to get a toon from those packs.

No there is no published numbers on drop rates from the company.
