Actually we can take it as Suggestion. And it is related to Talia's ability.
On last step of her Special ability Harrowing Assault it is said that if she has less than full health she immediately uses Draining Strike but that will cause missing chance of her Stagger and Damage Over Time abilities which we actually want to apply on the target.
It would be better if Talia has Full health and if she uses Draining Strike that would immediately be changed into Harrowing Assault causing double damage by consuming her 10% health.
I hope DEVS will try to understand as well as correct it accordingly.
