ships that grant other ships foresight?

I was fighting a fleet arena battle, against a Chimera capital ship with the usual target lock ships and I believe a tie reaper in the front 5.

i ultimately lost the battle, but i was curious, what ships grant OTHER ships foresight? 'cause by the time i lost, i recall that out of the remaining 4 enemy ships, 2 of them had foresight. the Tie Reaper definitely had foresight on.... and i think maybe it was Bistan's Uwing also had foresight on

I was wondering how this is possible? as far as i know, only TIE fighter and one of the phoenix ships can grant themselves foresight. What am I missing, or what ship grants other ships foresight?
