GP required per territory

What's up with the middle territory, that only has 1 combat mission (and a special mission), requiring more GP to 2 star than the bottom territory, wich has 2 combat missions.
Middle territory requires 51.765.000 GP to 2 star.
50*261.000 = 13.050.000
That leaves 38.715.000 GP from deploys to 2 star the middle territory.
Bottom territory requires 43.050.000 GP to 2 star.
100*261.000 = 26.100.000
That leaves 16.950.000 GP from deploys to 2 star the bottom territory.
Seems to me they placed the two combat missions in the wrong territory. I really hope they fix this by switching the combat mission from the bottom territory to the middle territory instead of switching the required GP. It's easier to manage when it's always the bottom territory that only has 1 combat mission. It's like that in the LS TB map aswell.
