So how do you fix your teams for DS TB?
I have a very weak DS factions so Im really having a hard time mixing them up:
1. Sith: Maul - DN - Savage - Sith assassin - ? (Either vader or EP)
2. Night sisters but pay wall
3. FO - I only have a Gear X-XI phasma, FOTP, Kylo ren. Is it worth it to invest for the whole team?
4. Empire: This is the part where it gets tricky. I have a vader, EP, thrawn, TFP, shore and RG at 7* and Gear X-XI with moderately ok mods. I dont know how to mix and match them. And who should I invest among the empire and imperial troopers?
Any input will be appreciated for empire toons mix ideas!

there's ways for sure - this thread has examples and I'm sure more will add teams here. I think it's more challenging for many due to DS characters being more balanced and not blatantly OP and ... most not having a lot of DS characters built up well.
To gain experience and learn what to do for next time ... and also what to build before the next TB. Look at it as practice.

You still get more points for 4/4 than for 3/4 though. 185k for 3/4 and 261k for 4/4 in phase 5, it's just impossible to get up to 470k.
Maybe i'm missing something though.
Wow that was a useful thread! THank you for pointing me to it. So it seems like I need to start farming Krenic and generally cover most of the once meta DS characters like sith assassin and sith soldier. Hmmm. . but this is so unstrategic in terms of its returns for arena and what not. I should also probably zeta my vader. .

Yes, there's not much character arena overlap for DS unless you run Thrawn + Troopers / DK - that holds decently on defense and wins well on offense. Sith though not so much. DK zeta lead is not good for arena either.
I will say though, in TW Sith were GREAT vs. GK / Barriss teams. I used a DV lead with EP and then a DN lead with Dooku / SO as well. The DN lead is a very hard counter to GK / Barriss.
Ok thank you for sharing your experiences so I wont have to think HAHA I was surprised my sith toons were Gears VIII and above so I should probably invest in the faction first while farming empire toons haha
