Light Side Stage 8

Hey folks,
Just wondering if Light Side stage 8 is currently unlockable. The "coming soon" message I see seems to indicate it isn't, but I wanted to be sure that it's not just that I haven't cleared all Light Side Hard battles in stage 7.

It will first unlock when they raise the level cap to 80, hope there goes a long time before that happens

Coming soon means coming soon, which means that it is not accessible yet. Either in development, in gold-master or planned.
