This ratio as it stands is killer! I mean that in a light way.. 10:1 you make it seem like 10 shards are simple to gain which is not necessarily the case. I mean if you'd like to completely stop working on any characters you were working towards in all shipmnents, assuming you have max characters in each and are able to purchase spare shards to dispose in this outrageous rate then all the power to you! I for one am being **** into this and have started converting but i'd really like the ratio to be more 5:1. Also I seriously hope this character is available always in this and not just disappear!!!

I'll agree that the whole Shard Shop needs re-work. Right now, it's a nice feature, but hard for players to get on-board with.
