Why is this guy a psuedo-chromium. If he's not a chromium exclusive just make him farmable. Doesn't make sense to me.

    He's farm able from light battle 8 c, it would be a long haul from one battle though.

    Exactly... So just make him actually farmable in arena shipments or whatever. I don't think whales are dieing to get this toon anyways..
