Multiple ship "crashes"

I hope it has to do with server issues, but please note my guilds had multiple ship "crashes". We've been neck and neck with the other guild, same gp, looks like we dropped the same defense squads basically, went the same route.
But it looks like the 3-4 ship crashes is going to be all it takes. I know, I know, get gooder, maybe. But, please do what you can, it's a little frustrating to whip up 50 people to a new event and then to lose like that.

Sounds like your pilots need a flight simulator. My pilots haven't ever crashed a ship. Mabe a safety seminar is needed.
