My main problem with this is that there doesnt appear to be any sith synergy beyond sith being good at debuffs. And his 2nd special ability is a little too generic. Perhaps just give sith turnmeter
btw im not a number person, so youll have to ask someone else whether this makes him broken or rubbish. But I really like the concept, and hes one of my favourite characters in star wars.
